Offering a Strong Safety Culture
Many consider working with electricity a high risk occupation. At Texas Elite, we know that risks are mitigated by awareness, training, commitment and follow through from management. As such, we place the highest value on the integrity, health and safety of people and the working environment. By maintaining a strong safety culture, sound operational practices and efficient execution of tasks, projects can be completed on time and within budget. This is ingrained in the way we conduct business, professionally and personally.
All Texas Elite employees are held accountable for performing tasks in a safe, sustainable manner. No job is so important that we cannot take the time to do it safely. Unsafe work methods/conditions are not acceptable. Reinforced throughout the organization, Texas Elite empowers employees to stop any unsafe act. Our Stop Work policy allows employees to stop work activities when an unsafe condition has been identified or when employees do not understand the scope of work required for the task at hand. This responsibility is afforded to each employee without fear of retaliation, regardless of whether the unsafe condition is perceived or factual. Work can only be resumed after the condition has been investigated, resolved and communicated to workers.
Given the diverse working conditions of our customers, Texas Elite is committed to respect their environment and demonstrate exceptional stewardship during all aspects of our operations.
